As we continue through this time of much needed change in society, I have contemplated on many ways to contribute to the cause. #blacklivesmatter - I know my true calling in life is music, so I am choosing to spread music that supports change. These three songs I wrote while thinking on police brutality, systematic racism, injustices instilled in America’s institutions, and my part in it all. Today, June 19th, Bandcamp has pledged to donate 100% of their shares to the NAACP Legal defense fund, a racial justice organization with a long history of enacting change through litigation, advocacy, and public education. I pledge to donate 100% of my shares from this EP and an additional 100$ to a New Orleans based grassroots organization dedicated to reallocating funds towards affordable housing, education, mental health support, and raised living wages for the New Orleans community. I will continue to attend protests, donate funds, and spread factual information, and I encourage you to do the same. Be safe, be smart, be skeptical, be loving. - Burris
